Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7-14 BUSSINESS DAYS. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been packaged and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted third-party carriers. Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier’s performance. Once a package leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email (if available). You can use that to follow your package's journey.
Responsibility After Shipping
ShooPug is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages after we hand them off to the carrier. If you experience issues, please contact the shipping company directly with your tracking information.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Make sure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
International Shipping
