1. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
No. All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please double-check your order before checking out.
2. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please make sure all information is correct before confirming your purchase.
3. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Processing typically takes 7-14 BUSSINES DAYS. Shipping time depends on the carrier and your location. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
4. My package is lost or damaged — what do I do?
Once your order is shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier. ShooPug is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping provider directly with your tracking number.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but rarely.
